Khind Workplace Workshops

At Khind Collective, our mission is to make the working world kinder on mind, body, and business by integrating mindful practices into corporate spaces. We offer a range of workplace wellness workshops designed to enhance employee wellbeing, boost productivity, and foster a supportive team environment. Research shows that 56% of staff who participate in a wellness program have fewer sick days than those who don’t.

Our sessions can be conducted as one-off events or curated blocks held weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your organisation's needs. Whether in-person or online, we collaborate with you to create a programme that resonates with your team and aligns with your company's values.

What we offer

Nervous System Reset Workshop: This in-person, three-hour workshop will provide your team with a scientific understanding of the nervous system in order to manage stress effectively. Participants will learn about the autonomic system, recognise signs of dysregulation such as chronic stress and anxiety, and practice regulation techniques including breathwork, meditation, and somatic movement.

In-Person Yoga Classes: We offer yoga sessions at your office or a London studio, from 45-90 minutes. These classes can include dynamic or restorative yoga, sound healing and meditation, tailored to your team's needs. They provide an opportunity to delve deeper into mindfulness practices, fostering physical and mental wellbeing among employees.

Online Meditation Sessions: For remote teams or those seeking flexibility, we provide online sessions that can cover meditation, breathwork, desk yoga, and guided journaling. Lasting from 20 minutes to an hour, these sessions are tailored to address relevant workplace challenges or values, offering a convenient way to bring your team together and promote mental clarity.
